The Ministry of Patriots and Veterans Affairs said, "The Wall of Remembrance for Korean War Veterans will be held at 10 a.m. on the 27that Washington D.C. Memorial Park to honor the victims of the Korean War."
More than 3,000 people will attend the completion ceremonyincluding Park Min-sik, the head of the Republic of Korea's Department of Patriots and Veterans Affairs,John Tilally, chairman of the Korea War Veterans Association and Cho Tae-yong, the Korean ambassador.
July 27 is the day of Korean War Armistice Agreement (1953, the 69th anniversary of this year), the day of participation of UNforces andthe day of Korean War Veterans Memorial Park in Washington, D.C. was completed in 1995.
The Korean War Veterans Memorial Park, which is a representative Korean War memorial facility directly managed by the U.S. federal government. It was replaced 27 years after its completion, including ground reinforcement work, memory nail repair, Linden tree planting, scout statue repair and lighting installation.
