[Critical Raw Materials Act] The executive committee will announce the "Critical Raw Materials Act" on March 14 (Tue).
 
 The purpose is to ease the dependence on mineral imports from China and Russia by stabilizing the supply and demand of key mineral raw materials essential for eco-friendly and digital transformation.
 
 In particular, EU-level specific supply plans for key mineral raw materials such as lithium and nickel will be included.The committee has completed the process of collecting public opinions in November last year.
 
 [Patent field]
 On April 26 (Wed), World Intellectual Property Day, the executive body will announce a series of bills related to the reorganization of the patent licensing system.
 
 The package will include measures for the unified operation of Compulsory Licensing and Standard Essential Patents (SEP) and amendments to the Supplementary Protection Certificates (SPC) Act.
 
 [Hydrogen Bank] 
 The executive committee will present specific legislative directions for the establishment of the so-called Hydrogen Bank on May 17 (Wed).
 
 At the end of last year, Von Der Leyen, the executive chairman, announced a plan to raise about 3 billion euros in funds to establish a hydrogen bank as part of a plan to meet soaring hydrogen demand.
 
 In relation to the hydrogen sector, two "Important Projects of Common European Interest (IPCEI)" will be launched this year related to transportation and hydrogen infrastructure construction.
 
 Other industrial policy programs for the implementation include
