Meanwhile, President Yoon granted the right to veto the "Nursing Act Enactment Proposal" (hereinafter referred to as the Nursing Act) at the Cabinet meeting.
President Yoon said, "This nursing bill is causing excessive conflicts among related officials. In addition, he pointed out that the de-medical institutionalization of nursing work is causing anxiety about the health of the Korean people.
